Padasta is made by Bad Labs LLC. By playing Padasta you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard licence for apps. If you don't agree, please don't play.

Zero tolerance for offensive names and behaviour

Your display name is seen by other players. It must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, threatening, or pretend to be someone else (including us). The same goes for anything you do in the game: no harassment, no abuse, no cheating or tampering with the game. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

Reporting and blocking

Tap a player's name in the game to report or block them, or email support@padasta.com. We review reports within 24 hours. Blocking someone hides their name, invites and friend requests from you.

What we may do

If a name or a player breaks these rules, we may change the name, remove the player from leaderboards, or suspend or delete the account, without notice. We filter names automatically, and the filter can sometimes refuse an innocent name; just choose another.

Your account

Your progress is kept with your account. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; see the Privacy Policy. The game is provided as it is, and we may change, add or remove features over time.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top.
